Paul T. Paracka is a versatile IT leader with over 18 years of experience in planning and executing strategic partnership programs, polyglot technology projects, and specialized partner-led sales for IT product and services companies. He is a tech leader and AI enthusiast with an MBA from IIM-B, Masters in AI from LJMU, PG in AI from IIIT-B, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with a passion for solving problems. Paul has incubated and heads the Strategic Partnerships function for IT product companies, building and maintaining partnerships with the largest technology companies in the world, cutting-edge security enterprises based out of Europe, and AI-based technology companies. Through executive connects, joint GTM, and co-sell activities, the Strategic Partnership function headed by Paul is a revenue accelerator. Before joining the MBA program, Paul had 12+ years of experience on challenging assignments for clients from European and Asian countries where he was the SPOC between clients and offshore. He has led teams working in niche technologies and was involved in budgeting, planning, scheduling, team mentoring, and team building, among other project management activities. During this period, he excelled in project and program management, which was recognized by the company and customers he worked with. Paul also has rich experience in onshore face-to-face client relation management, working 6 years in various European and Asian countries. During this period, he worked as a Project coordinator between offshore and multiple client teams, and the SME in the Business development team taking bottom-line responsibility for the core application of 10 subsidiary countries. Currently, he is the Associate Director - Fintech and Channels Partnership Programs, Analysts Relations at VuNet Systems, an AI & Big Data analytics company revolutionizing digital transactions by providing seamless visibility into business transactions and providing actionable insights. He takes care of their strategic partnerships with OEMs, Fintechs, MSP, and SI, and focuses on multiplying Channel partner-based sales and improving overall brand experience. He also heads the Analyst relations workings with leading firms like Gartner, HFS, and NASSCOM and has created many successful brand recognitions for the startup. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, EPGP (one-year full-time MBA) from IIM, a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence from IIIT Bangalore, and a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University
